The parent,
on record.
NFG ADVISORS, LLC is a holding company and corporate office group headquartered in Midvale, Utah — existing to own, administer and keep structure legible.
Why this firm.
NFG ADVISORS, LLC was organized around an observation: most groups don't fail at the subsidiary — they fail at the parent. Entities drift out of good standing, calendars fragment across offices, and the record that should exist at the top exists nowhere.
The firm exists to close that gap. As a holding company we maintain ownership structures — bank, thrift, insurance, utility, railroad and nonbank entities — and as a corporate office we run the administrative layer beneath them: registers, filings, calendars, officer records.
The Midvale headquarters is the group's office of record. District and regional functions, subsidiary management offices and centralized administration all report into a single governance calendar — one file, kept current, open to auditors and counsel on request.
FN — This page is informational. Specific entities are administered under their own charters and are disclosed to counterparties under NDA where applicable.
"The subsidiary makes the money. The parent keeps the record that makes it legal."

Entity records
Articles, amendments, officer and member registers, and standing documentation for each entity under the group — current and retrievable.

Annual meetings, board actions, renewal and filing deadlines — one consolidated calendar so no entity lapses out of standing.
Group reporting
Consolidated reporting to members and counterparties — uniform formats, one consolidation point, reconciled entity by entity.
Outside advisers
Counsel, auditors and registered agents coordinated from the head office — a single channel instead of per-entity improvisation.
New entity setup
Formation, qualification and officer appointment for new subsidiaries — documented to the same standard from day one.
Dissolution records
Orderly wind-downs and document retention when entities retire — the last page of the file as clean as the first.
Company record.
The essentials, on file. For group-structure inquiries, subsidiary administration and corporate-office matters, write to the Midvale office — every request is answered by an officer, not a queue.
